• Booking enquiry data — name, company, email, phone number, event type, event date, and any details you include in the message field of our booking form.
• Technical data — IP address (anonymised), browser type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, and approximate location (country/city level), collected via Google Analytics if you have given consent.

3. Why We Process Your Data (Legal Basis)

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer — legal basis: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

• Booking enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (in which case the standard accounting retention applies).
• Analytics data: up to 14 months (default Google Analytics retention).
• Cookie consent record: up to 12 months, after which the banner reappears.
